Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges Only accepted upon approval. Must email sales@Kaysklassyboutique.com with all issues that would be requesting an exchange. Exchanges would only be allowed with unworn clothing and defective items only. No refunds on Eyelashes. We will provide the best customer service during review for exchanges.
